Band of Bohemia's Chef's Counter is a multi-course tasting experience enjoyed from exclusive, front-row seats at a bar in full view of our magnificent kitchen and culinary team.

The Counter is hosted on Friday and Saturday evenings at 6:30 p.m., and can accommodate groups of up to six guests. Executive Chef Matt DuBois will prepare and serve 12-14 courses with the option for each guest to add a mixed beverage pairing to accompany each course. Due to the fact that seasonal ingredients, offerings and Chef's culinary inspiration can change at a moment's notice, we kindly request that only those guests with very limited to no dietary restrictions book the Chef's Counter. 

Cost for the tasting menu is $125 per guest, with an optional $50 add-on for each guest interested in the mixed beverage pairing. Tax and gratuity will be added at the end of the meal. This offering cannot be booked online; please call 773.271.4710 or email [email protected] for availability.
